Assumption of Risk

By participating in our training or nutrition services, you acknowledge:

— You release Cornerstone Performance Co. from liability related to injury, illness, or damages arising from training or nutrition recommendations

You agree that you are healthy enough to train and have consulted a doctor if needed.

Payments & Billing

By purchasing coaching or digital products:

— You authorize recurring monthly billing (for coaching)
— You agree payments are final
— Failed payments may pause or terminate service

Refund Policy

Coaching:
Coaching payments are non-refundable due to the time, customization, and delivery of individualized services.

Digital Templates:
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Subscriptions:
You may cancel future billing with written notice before your next billing date.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

— Communicate injuries or limitations
— Log training honestly
— Engage respectfully with coaches
— Follow safety recommendations

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All training programs, templates, PDFs, and written content are property of Cornerstone Performance Co.
You may not share, resell, distribute, or post our materials publicly.

Coaching Services
